I am a Licensed Master Social Worker. I received my undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Southern Mississippi. I also hold a masters in Health and Wellness from American College of Healthcare Sciences. I specialize in Trauma, Self-Esteem Issues, Adults, Teens, Depression, Anxiety,  Veterans, and Unresolved Issues. I pride myself on being empathetic and non-judgmental to ensure all my clients feel welcome. I utilize holistic and humanistic approaches to the mind, body, and spirit. I am a proud United States Army Veteran - with 8 years of service. I enjoy bringing out the best in others and empowering individuals by identifying their strengths to overcome life challenges. During my free time, you cam find me meditating by the water and enjoying a book, or two.
