Kea Theroux, LCSWI am a Licensed Master Social Worker. I received my undergraduate degree from William Carey and my graduate degree from the University of Southern Mississippi. I began my journey here, at Gulf Coast Psychotherapy, in 2018. I Specialize in Depression, PTSD, Anxiety, Adults, Teen Issues, LGBTQIA+, Alternative Lifestyles, and Substance Abuse Treatment. I let all my clients work at their own pace and tailor my approach to what best suits their needs. I believe that nothing is impossible with the right motivation and tools. I chose to become a mental health professional because I believe change and growth is possible, and watching that happen in my clients lives is amazing. Getting to help people become the best versions of themselves is what I love most about being in this field of work. I am fluent in ASL. When I am not at the office, you can find me crafting or playing with my 2 cats – Winston and Clementine.
